Our goal at HomeGrown CrossFit is to provide a fitness routine for everyone. Our programming changes daily, is never boring, and focuses on strength and conditioning. Our trainers want you to be prepared for any competition, sport or play.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect fitness program for anyone regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and triathletes preparing for endurance races. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
In order to join our regular classes, newcomers to HomeGrown CrossFit must complete our fundamentals program. A certified CrossFit trainer will work privately with you.
