Dear amigos.. remember that:

On the 24th of December, we will have ONE class only (9:00 am)

On the 25th of December, we will be closed.

This past weekend the SCCF endurance team faced the cold weather and participated and finished the Zombie Run half marathon in Palo Alto.   Great job guys,  SCCF is proud of you.   The next team run is coming soon in the Woodside mountains,  December 30th, stay tuned for details.

Hey guys, remember this coming Saturday, we will be hosting our friends from Mad Dawg fitness.  Our regular 9:00 am class will turn into a holiday workout with our friends from MDF.  Come have some fun....  We will have snacks at the end of the workout..
